Absolutely horrible. My son went in to get his air conditioning fixed. Not just filed. He made it very clear there was a leak and he needed it fixed and they didn’t listen to him at all. He dealt with Eric and he was so incredibly disrespectful to him when he reached out with his concerns. How do they call them selves a “ Specialist” when they don’t even listen to what the customer needs for there vehicle. Money wasted and now they won’t return a simple phone call to fix something that should have already been done. Money wasted and terrible customer service. If I could give this place minus 10 stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Being from Texas I thought I knew about southern hospitality until I met Chris. The name of the shop is just what you get along with great customer service.

Chris and team at this shop are great. Truly honest. My 01 Ford Ranger broke down after another shop BROKE the seemingly irreplaceable fuel rail (OEM part only manufactured for a couple years 25 years ago) and did a shotty repair. I had it towed to Honest-1, and they were able to get it rebuilt at a very reasonable price. Every interaction with their crew was positive and I could tell they weren’t trying to oversell and under-deliver. Truck is back and running better than ever. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be going back to them.

I have a 2015 Kia Optima and I go to Honest 1- Auto Care for all my oil changes! They are thorough with their free inspection and give me a printout of all issues and never try to sell me on anything, just show me the facts and let me decide. They have a value card with over $350 in discounts which include 4 free oil changes for $79! But the number 1 reason I go to this shop is the extraordinary customer service Erik provides. He treats every person he engages with, with care and professionalism. I always look forward to getting my oil changes here because I trust what I'm being told, and I am treated respectfully. Erik's customer service is top tier! ALL of the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Highly recommend this shop!

Now that my service has been completed, there's more. I had a terrible time with my key not coming out. I was just going to replace the whole locking mechanism. Erick suggested a diagnostic look instead of throwing parts at it. Good thing! It was something else completely. At half the price. So grateful to have found my car guy!
