Excellent service. Professionals and clean business. The mechanic looked over my entire vehicle. Everything is good for now. I had my oil changed somewhere else. The other company wanted me to get a few things done that I didnt think are needed. This is my new place to bring my vehicle. 100% honest. They didnt charge me for my inspection. 😊

This place doesn’t even deserve half a star and the name honest one what a joke. My son took his car there had a diagnose twice to see what was wrong with it to have it fixed properly so check engine light wouldn’t come on. They got him for over $1600 and the check engine light still comes on this place is unprofessional. They don’t do what they say. They’re gonna do all they do is lie to someone and then once your car leaves something else breaks on it so they have to bring it back to be fixed. There’s nothing but a Mickey Mouse scam outfit if you ask me worst mechanic shop in Vancouver Portland metro area.👎👎👎

I had vehicle in for something I couldn't figure out and having warning lights on dash isn't good. They were able to fix the issues very impressed with service there definitely a cost saving versus a dealership. Chris shop manager and Erik and Jerry service advisors great to work with .I highly recommend Honest 1 and 3 year warranty on all parts and labor nationwide at authorized location.

The customer service lady was pretty passive aggressive iver the phone. I just called looking for over ability for a full preperchase car inspection. No need to be rude just because I called you last minute. If you can't do it, that's okay, I'm gonna move on and look for another shop.
