They are not honest at all!!! Do not trust any honest 1, we got a coupon in the mail for a special on an oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. They charged us $100! Would definitely not come here again, go somewhere else!

Ripped off my 80yr old father. I ask for a compression test and was sold a $2000 dollar computer that we didn't need then they charged us for for the compression test we asked for and said it failed on 2 cylinders no shit. Reason we asked for that, then made us pay and tow our vehicle home with nuts bolt and part all tossed around in the vehicle! They gave up on the job and sent us worse than we started.

I will NOT come back to this location again!! I purchased a Groupon Service Voucher that comes with 4 oil change services and other free and discounted services. They still charge me additional fees on top of my oil change, which never happened before. My car is under 5 quart and I have been use this for years without additional charges. This is a new thing they do in this location only! I called and confirmed with other locations and they don’t do that. I also asked if I can have my AC inspected which on the voucher does comes with two options such as free AC inspection or any free 30mins inspection of the car. The guy who helped me name Erick quoted me $500 to inspect my AC and vents. Really? Does it sound reasonable? At the same time what is my voucher that I paid to use for then? Guess what? I called another location, they told me I can certainly use my voucher to get my AC and air vent check up for free as what included on the voucher services that I bought. Erick is NOT very helpful or care for any customer service at all. I don’t recommend this location. Try another one if you are using their voucher.

We went there with my son‘s Jeep and had some repairs done. Rick Perry was the person that was doing our repairs. They were really excellent. They did great customer service. Their prices were reasonable. Rick did a great job. The communication was wonderful. We’re very happy we will continue to use this place for all of our future auto needs.

Absolutely horrible. My son went in to get his air conditioning fixed. Not just filed. He made it very clear there was a leak and he needed it fixed and they didn’t listen to him at all. He dealt with Eric and he was so incredibly disrespectful to him when he reached out with his concerns. How do they call them selves a “ Specialist” when they don’t even listen to what the customer needs for there vehicle. Money wasted and now they won’t return a simple phone call to fix something that should have already been done. Money wasted and terrible customer service. If I could give this place minus 10 stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Being from Texas I thought I knew about southern hospitality until I met Chris. The name of the shop is just what you get along with great customer service.

Chris and team at this shop are great. Truly honest. My 01 Ford Ranger broke down after another shop BROKE the seemingly irreplaceable fuel rail (OEM part only manufactured for a couple years 25 years ago) and did a shotty repair. I had it towed to Honest-1, and they were able to get it rebuilt at a very reasonable price. Every interaction with their crew was positive and I could tell they weren’t trying to oversell and under-deliver. Truck is back and running better than ever. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be going back to them.
