I love Honest 1 in Minnehaha, they have done all of the oil changes on my car. I always get an email of the entire inspection, with pictures. I never feel upsold. They offer everything from filters, wipers, and light bulbs if necessary. The office crew are always upbeat and happy to help. I wouldn’t trust my Soul to just any shop. These guys are great.

Paid these guys to do a diagnosis and oil change on an avalanche truck. They charged a diagnosis fee of about $150 and told me that they think it is the driveline that I should replace that. That did not fix the problem that was not the issue they were not even close. The technician said "I think it is the driveline this is where I would start." I paid the diagnosis fee because I took his advice for as I am not a mechanic and he sounded very sure but then again going back to his words he did say I think. I also paid to have an oil change done which was supposed to be for synthetic and turns out that they use the synthetic blend which is not a big deal but if they are willing to cut corners on stuff like that it makes sense why they misdiagnosed this problem and still took my money for the diagnosis fee. The entire time it felt like they were just trying to get to the diagnosis fee and get me out the door. I can tell that they make a lot of money on those fees. They also did not tell me about the fees before I went in there and they already had the keys to the car. There are plenty of shops in the area and I would recommend going somewhere else.

I took my sixty-four Mustang in to have some welding done on it. I am restoring it. I was told that they would get it into the shop or at least protect it. It has been 2 weeks. They have not done a single thing on it and left it in the field. The floor pans of the car have standing water in them, and rust is continuing to develop. They have taken in several cars, and since I brought mine in two weeks ago, they kept putting my car off so they could work on other cars that were paying more money than I was going to pay. I will never bring my cars to this place again.

I highly recommend this place! My family go there for oil change and repairs for many years. Recently, I took my car for the hybrid system issue. After diagnostic the car, they called Toyota to see if my car is still under warranty and found out it is! I saved $$$! I don’t know how much I appreciate their kindness and honesty! They are also very friendly and knowledgeable too.
