I took my sixty-four Mustang in to have some welding done on it. I am restoring it. I was told that they would get it into the shop or at least protect it. It has been 2 weeks. They have not done a single thing on it and left it in the field. The floor pans of the car have standing water in them, and rust is continuing to develop. They have taken in several cars, and since I brought mine in two weeks ago, they kept putting my car off so they could work on other cars that were paying more money than I was going to pay. I will never bring my cars to this place again.
I'm very sorry you feel this way. Upon our initial conversation, you mentioned to the staff that we have the time we need to work on your sixty-four Mustang with no time limitation. The technician needed certain parts to complete the service you requested that were stolen from your possession on account of the individual that was supposed to be working on your car. We are empathetic towards your situation but it was in our plans to work on your vehicle. In regards to your car getting wet, you did not leave with us with a cover or proper cover to shield against rain that just started to come down today. We also were just informed today that you were in a time crunch to get a trailer back to it's owner you were borrowing to haul your sixty-four Mustang. So, you had a little pressure hanging over your head. Once again, we show empathy to you for trying to get a project done in an allotted time. Thank you with kind regards, Honest 1 Auto Care Minnehaha Team
