Honest 1 consistently provides excellent communication, accurate and thorough service. The environment is clean and quiet while waiting for an oil change and they provide a shuttle when performing more extensive repairs.

Last time I was in they cross threaded the lug nuts on my tires to the point where I can't get new tires put on until I got this fixed. And when I did go to get it fixed they were on so tight that the studs broke off with them!! This is the second time they have done this to my tires! Not happy about this when they are supposed to be professionals
