I discovered a fluid leak emanating from the inside of the front passenger tire. I called and got an appointment for the next working day. They discovered that one of the washers on a new part installed last March was defective. With the covid -19 situation as it is, I had only used a single tank of gas in all of that time. They fixed the problem, checked the other replaced part and had me out of there in an hour, and at no charge as it was from a previous job.

Good service but some cheated

The guys at honest 1 are indeed honest I brought in my care needing a new clutch and they gave me a great price and did a great job!! Me and my car are both very happy! Their communication isn't always the best so you may have to stay on top of them but to me this is understandable because they are always very busy! I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for all my maintenance needs and my husband agreed and will be taking his car there as well! This is the second time they have gone above and beyond for me and my vehicle!

I trust this business to do a professional job and always tell me exactly what needed to be done and put it in writing. My dealership will recommend a service which Honest has proven is not necessary or is over-charged.

This visit for service on my 2016 Jeep Compass was the first time I didn't go to the dealership and I am amazed. I bought a groupon for 4 oil changes. They immediately offered to match the price next time. This Groupon is worth 4 oil changes and discounted labor! During my previous visit to the dealership I was told I needed shocks and struts, Honest-1 inspected my vehicle, I dont need shocks, struts or tires which I was told were needing replaced soon. I did end up replacing brakes at a huge discount. I was quoted a price and charged $10 less. These guys were aaesome, friendly and professional to work with. Just a perfect example of what customer service should be and I will probably never go anywhere else. That's big for me since I work in the car business at above mentioned dealership!
