These guys have always been real good and honest but have had difficulty this last time. The reason I'm rating them three stars is only because of the misinformation. As far as the work that I've had them do I would give them a five-star. I have a 17 ft box van and called them first after getting new tires front tires to see about getting an alignment. Like I mentioned they've always done good work so I wanted to use them but was informed that there the lift was not big enough to handle my truck. Couple days later I happen to be driving by there and I just thought that was kind of strange that they're Rock wasn't big enough the hold my truck so I pulled in and talk to the manager and he said I don't know who you talk to but we can do it. I made an appointment and brought it in and after about 15 minutes of waiting a gentleman came in and said that they can't do it because the front end is too wide for their machine. It's basically a pickup cab with a box on the back so the width of it is no wider than a Ford Econoline. The day I was there and talk to the manager that told me he could do it. I said that I was told you couldn't and he pointed to a pickup truck which was on the rack and was approximately the same size of my truck but had a big Landscaping bed on the back and it was up on a rack and he said yeah we can do it. So I'm not quite sure why I was getting so many different answers I don't know if the front end guy just did not want to deal with it or what the reason was but I figured if it would fit on the rack it should be able to be aligned or it wouldn't have git on the rack at all if it was too wide. Just a little confused on the information I got over several times going there as far as the front-end work.

Jerry and April went above and beyond to verify that my part was covered by a warranty bought at another location. Excellent customer service! I will definitely come here again!

So I took my SUV to these guys and they didn't even listen to what exactly happend before they assumed that it was something, there was this one guy that worked there that called me in idiot for being a girl and knowing about cars. I will never take any of my cars to this place again very rude people!!!!!!

Honest-1 is not honest after all. Do not recommend. Stay away they will screw you up!

Called and let them know I was having some misfires in all cylinders. I wanted to know how much it would be to take a look at it and Steve said to just bring it in. I wanted to know the price and Steve said it would be 120 dollars for the inspection. I said that there was another shop that had a better inspection price and Steve said “then why don’t you take it to them!” I let him know he was being rude about it and he continued to give me attitude. He didn’t even bother letting me know why they charge a higher amount. I wasn’t expecting him to match someone else just give me good reason for the charge. Took my business elsewhere and was glad to do so. Hope someone let’s Steve know that a little customer service goes a long way. Worst part is, I was calling because a friend had said how helpful they were. HA!

My husband and I have taken all our cars and truck there. We are pleased with their work. They are less expensive then dealerships and complete the work in a timely fashion.

Honest-1 Auto Care actually does the work they say they will do at the price they say they will do it. They don't try to sell you a bunch of parts or services that you don't need. I'm glad I found them.
