I originally went to them for an oil change with a coupon that came in the mail. The coupon was for an oil change and tire rotation. They would not rotate my tires because they said the tread was too low. They printed out an estimate for new tires and kept trying to add on services that I didn’t want. There was only one other person in the waiting room but for some reason my oil change took about three hours. I was so annoyed and completely ready to go by the time they were finally done. While checking out the guy at the counter told me that the issue with my radio not working was most likely a connection between the radio and battery according to their diagnostic. He said that if I made an appointment when their electrician was working he could fix it for $60. I was very excited about that and made the appointment. When I went back in they wanted to charge me much much more for just a diagnostic. I explained that I was told it was most likely a connection between the radio and battery and they would try to fix the connection for $60. About an hour after sitting in the waiting room I was called over and told that they checked a few connections and still couldn’t tell if the radio was toast or if the connection was bad. My current total was $70. If I wanted them to pull out the radio and look into it further they would charge me $160. I opted to stop at paying $70 for nothing rather than paying them $160 or more so they could tell me that the radio was bad! Basically I felt like it was a big waste of my time and I gave them $70 for absolutely nothing. Not only did they not fix the radio connection, for $70 they couldn’t even tell me if the connection was the issue! They said it would cost at least $160 for me to find that out! Anyways I have not been impressed with the service there either time I have been there. I really wish I hadn’t gone back a second time and gave them $70 for absolutely nothing. I definitely will not go back to them ever again!
