Had a great overall experience with the team at Honest-1. They have convenient weekend hours, and the staff is friendly and didn't try to squeeze every dollar from me with additional services. I rated them four stars, because I initially went in for a scheduled routine maintenance, and after discovering an additional problem, they failed to perform most of the requested maintenance. Possibly miscommunication between front staff and technicians, but I'm speculating. Either way, the price was fair, and they will be seeing me again in the future.

My wife took our car into get the oil changed and the technician and the person behind the counter started talking about my wife and how our check engine light is on. It has been diagnosed and we have had it worked on multiple times. Well these two guys are laughing at my wife about the light still being on. This place is the most unprofessional people.

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Took my car in today and was quoted $1500 turns out it wasn’t as bad as they thought so they called me and said it will be $400 less. Very honest and everything you look for in a mechanic!

great staff. as far as k know they have actually been honest with me. have fair prices, the waiting room is clean doesn't smell like dirty oil.

First time to this shop, had oil change and 21 point inspection. Aron was very professional and personal both. I was impressed with the inspection report and explination of the findings.
