Stay away!!! I went in for an alignment, I had no idea they would endanger my life... After spending 1100 dollar to fix what these guys broke on my front end at a better mechanic, I realized I made a mistake by allowing these guys to replace my cars upper ball joint. After going back to them 4 times, these bozo's couldn't figure out they never tightened the bolts they loosened when they changed the ball joint. You guys completely wrecked the front end of my car! I had to replace 3 arms and another ball joint because of your negligence. To the "Honest"-1 Auto care corporate team who may care about this, Please review my comment history, as you will see, I did leave a positive review for your store on 82nd avenue, they were awesome when I lived in Portland! Due to the poor performance of your mechanics at the 4706 NE Minehaha ST location I will be posting this poor review on any review site that will allow me to review "Honest"-1 Auto care. I will also assure to inform every person I know, they should stay away from your mechanics as they may also endanger their lives by doing a poor job. I will never come back to any "Honest"-1 location!

These guys are great! We had to wait for the service as we did not have an appointment. But they got us in and out and back on the road in no time at all. The ability to surf the web while waiting also helped make the time pass quickly. Thank you Honest One!

Great experience. They were in contact regarding fixes that needed to be done on our company van, each item was reviewed and I was given the option to fix or not to fix. I appreciated the honesty and have already made an appointment for our next van to be serviced. 4 more vans to go and I feel confident that they will have the work done in a timely fashion and keep me informed of our options.
