The guys did a badly needed front suspension inspection and alignment on my 2004 Dodge Ram. They got me in quick and finished the job on time using parts I approved of. Gave me some good advice on other repairs it needed related to the suspension. I didn't feel like they were trying to just "sell me something."

Went in for the first time. Brought my pickup for an oil change. It was ready within a couple of hours. No waiting to be attended. Will come back if this is consistant.

This was my first experience with Honest-1 and I was very impressed. I always dread getting my oil changed because of the pressure to add services at the drive thru franchises. Also, you never know if it is going to take 20 minutes or if there might be a line of 3 cars in front of you and a wait of an hour or more until you pull up. At Honest-1, I set an appointment, dropped off my car and went for a walk. I received a text with my vehicle's inspection results after about 20 minutes and the car was ready in just about 30 minutes. No extra pressure to add services and no unexpected charges. I am definitely going back from now on.

They do very good work at Honest One Auto Repair. They explain everything in detail so I can understand what needs to be done and why. They're pricing is reasonable and they are very friendly. I have been very pleased with the work that I've had done on my vehicle and it's been done in a timely manner.
