Honest-1 Auto Care does not try to scare you into buying a lot of unnecessary crap. They do what they say they will do and inform you if they find something that should be taken care of. Period. I rarely trust anyone connected with the auto industry. I trust Honest-1 Auto Care.

This is a place I fully trust with everything relating to my vehicle, from major work to the smilers thing like changing a light bulb. They never rip me off, never treat me like I don't know my car. Pete's leadership has impressed me for many years and his team follows suit.

So my boyfriend brought his car in and has had to bring it in 3 more times. The problem is not fixed. 0 stars! Do not take your car here ever! They said it needed a new radiator, hoses and a reservoir. Well $1400 later. No car for a week and still overheating. They said the thermostat was the issue and took it out without putting a new one in. The radiator is leaking like a faucet. Can't drive it for more than five minutes before it gets overheated. Its worseoff now than before it was taken to the shop. Now we have no car! Thanks for nothing dishonest 1!
