I won't be going back to this shop. I started getting a slight jerk while shifting so a transmission flush was recommended. There was absolutely no change in the hard shifting after the flush. I just assumed my transmission was going bad. It's gotten slowly worse over the last 2 years since the flush. I took it to my friends shop today thinking I'd need a new transmission. Turns out Honest one didn't change the filter and used the wrong fluid. I got a new transmission flush today and the issue is completely gone. Their name is honest one but they don't do the work they charge for. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great service provided on a routine basis. Easy to contact and schedule routine maintenance. Their technicians are thorough and identify additional needs if required. Always a pleasure walking through the doors of Honest 1. The guys are always friendly, helpful, and honest. It’s not always easy finding good mechanics. I’ve never had a bad visit and the prices are always reasonable. I’ll be bringing my car here as long as the doors are open!
